1. What Curbside is — and is not

Curbside Consults is decision support for licensed clinicians: it drafts a ranked differential, a not-to-miss workup and a management plan, referenced to named guideline bodies. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for clinical judgement. Verify every output against the source guideline; you remain fully responsible for all clinical decisions and for complying with your own regulatory and institutional obligations.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

• The service is intended for licensed clinicians and clinical trainees.
• You must submit de-identified cases only — you attest to this before your first consult, and it is a condition of every use.
• No scraping, resale, benchmarking-for-republication, or attempts to bypass rate limits, credit accounting or safety controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Credits, plans and payment

• A consult (including each follow-up question) costs 10 credits. New accounts receive 500 credits free (50 consults).
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD by Stripe: Challenger $29 (500 credits/month), Champion $49 (2,000 credits/month), All Access $79 (5,000 credits/month). Credits arrive when a payment succeeds and unused credits roll over while you remain subscribed.
• Cancelling: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your consult history and remaining credits stay on your account.
• Failed payments: if payment fails, consults pause until payment succeeds — your credits and history are kept, and access returns automatically once payment goes through.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and daily fair-use limits apply.

4. Your content

Your consults are yours. We store them to show you your history, and we use them to operate the service (including processing by our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy). Delete any consult, or your whole account, at any time.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete, and guideline coverage differs by country — where a country's guideline grounding is marked “coming soon”, outputs for that country are general references only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-MDS is not liable for clinical outcomes, indirect damages, or amounts beyond the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
